Olathe is the First City to Win the Leading the Way Award from ETC Institute for the 3rd Time 

Not only did the City of Olathe win the Leading the Way Award for the third time, but it is the first city to win the award three times. The Leading the Way Award is awarded to outstanding local governments for outstanding delivery of services to its residents.

Local governments that receive the award rank in the top 10% of all local governments in the United States for a composite score in three core areas through an assessment by DirectionFinderSurvey. The areas are:

• Satisfaction with the overall quality of service
• Satisfaction with customer service provided by employees
• Satisfaction with the value residents think they receive for local taxes and fees.
