Len Dawson Tribute at GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium

The Kansas City Chiefs reported plans to officially honor Pro Football Hall of Fame quarterback and long-lasting newscaster, Len Dawson. Dawson,  a Kansas City icon for over 50 years passed recently at the age of 87 years old. The Chiefs said that they planned a tribute for Len Dawson on Thursday, Sept. 1, at GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium to the public. 



"We accept it's vital to give Chiefs Kingdom and the Kansas City people group a valuable chance to respect the life and tradition of Len Dawson. My family and I might want to welcome fans to observe Len's numerous commitments to the Chiefs and the round of expert football, as well as his unfaltering obligation to his embraced old neighborhood of Kansas City," Chiefs Chairman and CEO Clark Hunt said. "There is not any more revered place inside GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium than the new Hall of Honor, and we accept this will offer a fitting recognition for our extraordinary fans to recollect one of the genuine legends of the game."

The Chiefs Hall of Fame Honor tribute to Len Dawson will be available to the public on Thursday, September 1st from 1:00 to 9:00 PM. 

Guest to the tribute should park in lots F and G and enter the CommunityAmerica Credit Union Gate.
